The True and Full value of the residential property in these 16 counties, almost third of our 53 counties. This is the property value of what these cities gave away in tax exemptions, not for schools, not for government buildings, these are the exemptions new and expanding businesses, new residential, TIF programs, PILOT programs and more all chosen to be given away by their city commissions.  This was just for 6 cities, it does not reflect what counties, other cities and the state gives in exemptions.  This list is incomplete because the information is not tracked the same way in each county and many do not have the information readily available see Pew on Few and is almost a Billion.
